What a wonderful team thank you so much especially John the plumber. We had a leak in our new kitchen right before the stop tap inside and no stop tap outside in order to stop the water. They were so professional and got the job done straight away.

We went to KDE to sort out a cold radiator in the kitchen.  KDE came round and fixed the bolier and changed the thermostatic valve on the radiator.  This did not sort out the problem.  KDE then suggested a power flush and inhibitor to the system.  They did not guarantee this would solve the problem but we agreed to proceed.  It didn't solve the problem.  KDE director then attended and suggested cutting the pipe to ascertain whether there was a blockage.  KDE then kindly attended to cut the pipe and removed the blockage.  This seems to have finally resolved the problem after at least 5 visits and three invoices.  I am not particularly happy with this. I feel that the advice to carry out a power flush was incorrect and that it has cost an awful lot of money to sort out a cold radiator. When we queried the bills and reached deadlock, KDE did not comply with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Regulations 2015 and inform us of a certified ADR Provider but ignored our request for this information to date. It is a legal requirement to provide details of a certified ADR Provider to a customer when a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.

We had problems with my Mums combi boiler, Ian came out to us from KDE ltd & instantly recognised the problem & after ordering the part repaired the boiler soon after. He was professional, polite & was very patient explaining to my Mum & I what he had done to fix the boiler. We had some problems with a different company who left my Mum with no heating for six weeks & using KDE's professional service was a breath of fresh air after our previous dealings with the other company(who by the way sent her a bill for £200 & didn't even fix the boiler). KDE's bill for fixing the combi boiler was extremely reasonable too. So a big thank you to you all @ KDE ltd from my Mum & I for your brilliant service, we will be recommending you to everyone. Your the Best 👍

Had a emergency at the ring o bells pub at 9.30 Sunday night called them was out in 10 mins and sorted out what was wrong brilliant service would recommend to everyone
