I visited KCW today, having broken the lock on my bathroom window. I took the broken lock down to the Trade counter to see what they recommended. All I can say is that service I received was top class. Very friendly, patient and professional throughout. I took the recommended lock home and fitted it in 15 minutes. All in all, a great experience and at a great price. Will definitely be recommending this place.

Took a door mechanism into Micheal today as it was sticking somewhat. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and only charged me for the part that needed  replacing and also took a look at the whole mechanism and lubricated it all. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will be recommending them and if ever needed again they will be my first choice.

I went here to get a part for my French door as the mechanism wasn’t working. The guys on the counter were so helpful and knowledgable. They spent  a good 20-30 minutes trying to sort the issue and then found the part I needed. Great service provided and the guys were so friendly . I had been quoted up to £250 to fix the issue elsewhere, the part they sold me cost £40 and they told me exactly what I needed to do.

Superb service from Andrew and Michael who helped repair my gear lock for a composite door and saved me a whole lot of money. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Sarah Chiari

BAD. put in windows that were all plastic  and cut out so much glass and  therefore light and did not match previous windows installed by KCW as promised. They wrecked the plaster work of my 1900 house. Called back many times but still disastrous. KEEP AWAY.

Due to my day job working in construction over the years I am used to dealing with window companies and seeing the standards of work they produce.  I decided to select KCW Windows for my own house as they were a local company who I hadn't seen before.  Right from the start communication and advice was excellent. Even through these "pandemic" times it never stopped.  As expected due to the current times, it has took longer to get them installed.  However the wait has been worth it.  I live in an old victorian house and have had the original box sash single glazed replaced with mock sash double glazed which also includes tilt and turn for fire escape, so the replacement hasn't been like for like or as simple as double glazed out double glazed in.  The windows are of a very high quality and the workmanship of the fitters makes them that much better too.  The finishing off externally and internally is of a very high standard and I could not of wished for a better end result.  The one window that stands out for me is the bay window.  I wanted to keep the integrity of the old looking timber structure so had the old sash's took out and infilled with double glazed windows rather than a completely new bay.  I have attached 2 pictures of before and after which speaks for itself.

Excellent service and very helpful in sorting me out with new window lock parts. Highly recommended, will certainly use again.

I used KCW today to buy a replacement Winkhaus locking mechanism set for the back door. Super helpful and full of good advice, answered all my DIY novice questions with politeness and respect. Great price too.  Will use again. Thank you.

I had the front and rear doors replaced by kcw windows and doors, Calin and Attila came on a very cold Thursday morning, they did a fantastic job and never once moaned about how cold it was or that it wasn't a straight forward job. They are a credit to the company and I would recommend kcw to anyone. Great job and done quickly with no mess.
