My car was “repaired” here through my insurance company. I was reluctant after reading the reviews but made my concerns clear with my insurance company. After arriving and having a quick look over the car in the rain all looked good. I paid my excess and received my key back. I then went out to the car and opened it for the first time, door trims were hanging off both doors, seats were stained on the side that was repaired, doors wouldn’t shut properly and generally poor workmanship with zero quality control. I went back into the branch were the quality control manager, and not to get personal clearly not cut out for the job, proceeded to pass it off as ok and then further damage my the car. After refusing to take it, they said it would be done within two days. 7 days later, I receive a call at 5pm that it’s ready to pick up. If anything they had made it worse. The doors still will not shut without force, trims do not align causing wind noise in the car, doors don’t align, paint work has bits of dust and grit in it. Pay the extra excess and go somewhere reputable. “The warranty” that they supply through the insurance company isn’t worth a bean when they’ll be the ones fixing there own mistakes.Services: Body & Trim
Really shoddy customer service. Cancelled my car being repaired the day before due to not having 'clear pictures', the pictures came from top of the range phone camera and would only offer a date in 3 weeks times despite me explaining that I have booked time off work to have the car fixed. After reading the poor reviews I decided to speak to my insurance and change garages anyway.
Car was sent here by insurance after mine was hit, work done and got it back very quickly! Looks brand new, top quality work & they even valeted the car! Great experience Services: Body & Trim
My Vauxhall Corsa went to this company via my insurance. Although I had to wait six months for the parts to come in I blame Brexit for this and not the company once my car was collected it was fixed and returned in just over a week. Job looks perfect and the surprise of a valet was exceptional. First day of having it back so hoping for no rattles or issues to arise but I cannot fault the customer service levels or speed to which the repair was undertaken.
I have only just got my golf gti back from having front damage repairs.It was sent here by insurance company. They have had my car for a month. When the car went to them, , it had over half a tank of fuel in it and had a flashing light upon return with empty tank, Everything within the car, as in seats ect was in immaculate condition & came back dirty, and stained & also a thread coming out of the drivers seat. All the plastics inside are dirty, the boot is dirty which again was also immaculate, One wheel is missing a cap from the alloy. The service my car has recieved is disgusting. i seriously would never reccomend this place to take your car to. they treat your car shocking! Thanks KC AUTOS NORTHWICH
DO NOT use KC Autos NORTHWICH. As others have said they are rude, aggressive and lazy. Avoid at all costs. Over inflated pricing, after creating fictitious work. My minibus was sent there by the Insurance company. They are highly unprofessional, pass wrong information between clients, are unapologetic for their mistakes and it will be of benefit that you try other garages instead. They do not complete jobs. failing to contact me to arrange and lied to Insurance company that they had tried. Absolute joke of a company! I was forced to use them by my insurance company. I don't know why insurances use them as allocated repairers. AVOID at all costs especially if it isn't an insurance claim as you will be left to fight your case. Literally the worst experience of my life. My Business was left without a replacement minibus for a total of 37 days, stranded unable to work for 37 days. Got in to a rear end collision on the m6 and my car was sent here to kc auto northwich i dont live anywhere near hear i live up in scotland or at work down in portsmouth both ends of the extreme travel distance, so instead of sending to the kc auto two towns away from my home adress they sent it here cause of convenience, it will take me 6 hours just to get there on the train to then drive south. If you are with hastings and you get into an accident ask they about there approved repairers and get them to send it to the closest to your home adress or end up trying to request and fail at trying to get it relocated closer to you for pick up
Repaired, I use the term loosely the car after a crash, did a half job and returned the car in an unfit and unsafe condition. They then claimed to have known about it but not told me and tried to say I'd been driving around with the car like that before the crash. Staff are generally rude and uncaring l, they do half a job and then duck and dive. They don't honour warranty etc and they should be avoided at all costs Hastings lost me as a customer over this debacle.Services: Body & Trim
Car repaired through this company car came back worse than it went in. Bonnet can’t be opened anymore and grill still damaged disgusting customer service
