Unbelievable! Live downstairs from this establishment and bought a toilet seat for £30 plus £10 fitting charge. toilet seat has become detached and owner said it wasn't his problem. When I reminded him that I paid a £10 fee for fitting he said that I'll have to call back next week as 'Malik' wasn't around. Then slammed the phone down!!! Great customer service.....recommend! How on earth this man is still in business is beyond me. And I'm a neighbour! Avoid at all costs......

Shocking! Absolute time wasters. Sold me rejected shower screen which I returned and refused to refund cost of carriage, refused to communicate until after I filed court proceedings. Thoroughly distasteful service would never recommend.
