Never had a problem with KB, they have been brilliant, helping out at short notice, they do get very busy, so they cant be that bad!! once on my modified car they changed a valve, they even said pay when your passing, i had been going for a while at that point, but goes to show how helpful they are. My son & i have been with our low cars, and the fitters have always been very careful. unlike the kwik fits of this world!!

Great customer service. After being unable to contact my usual provider Kwik-Fit for 40 minutes and no reply on twitter, I found KB Tyres and they answered promptly, and said I could have my tyres fitted immediately, which for a Saturday morning was brilliant. 

They fitted the tyres and I was back in my house inside an hour. You can't beat that and I will not be going anywhere else in future. 

Thanks to a great friendly local business.

Always really helpful and friendly staff. Always use them and I travel over half an hour to get to them. Wouldn't use any other garage

Got a screw in my tyre so took it to KB. Dropped it off and got a call saying the screw had damaged the tyre wall so it was a new tyre. Just my luck. When I collected the friendly but clearly very busy fitter showed me the damage, without me asking, which I thought was a great thing to do and after years of going to ATS etc it's that sort of touch that makes the difference. I would definitely use them again - great service with a personal touch and a feeling of a great local business serving West Craven's hard pressed citizens. The cost of a new tyre was not too steep and I was not pushed to take a very expensive one - all-in-all it was top notch, even though it was a small job.
