I've been having my hair colour done at Kay and Kompany for over 10 years. I'm always delighted with the results and the staff at the salon are extremely friendly and helpful. A great service all round!

I came into the salon on Tuesday to get a spiral perm, I’ve waited until Sunday before leaving a review just to see how my hair would set after the perm, big thank you to Antonio and the young Cypriot/Turkish lady. I love my curls, my hairs been ok  not too dry!! You made my day special well worth the 4 hours!! I’ve had so many compliments

got a perm first time, absolutely loved it! everyone was nice and sweet, but second time it came out nice when i left but after a week my left side was really flat and the curls weren’t as good and so i went back and got told to condition and put cream on my hair which i did, somehow it just keeps staying like that even when i don’t lay my head down or anything and i don’t know why, ive tried everything from using diffuser, cream conditioning and it ends up being flat and the curls would look like they’d uncurl if i brushed them once. but the rest of my hair looks fine and i really like it. But everyone there is nice sweet and welcoming and i even got a free fade since my last one wasn’t as the one i wanted, thanks guys

One day I  typed in perms on TikTok and found these amazing perms by Kay & Kompany. Seeing Adiba videos of her work I knew she was the one I wanted to have my perm done with.  I had a perm done before elsewhere a year ago but wasn’t quite what I wanted. The lady on the phone I spoke was so friendly and professional. Booked a consultation Adiba was so professional, honest, warm and friendly and felt comfortable to tell her exactly the look I wanted to achieve. early 90s Mariah Carey hair  I knew in my guts she was the one and couldn’t wait to book for the perm!  Greeted with a friendly warm welcome from the ladies on the front desk from the moment I walked in. ALL the staff were incredible, friendly, professional and attentive. I could not have visited a nicer salon! Working in customer service based job myself is lovely to see all have a laugh together, the customers and create a fun atmosphere.  Adiba and the ladies who helped made me feel so at ease. Nothing was a problem. Knowing how thick my hair is i get a bit self conscious that it’s a bother to some but the ladies were so lovely.  I thought I would be in all day but wow so fast in a good way never felt rushed once and mesmerising to watch the rods and how secure they felt in my hair. The whole process was enjoyable and knew I was left in the best hands.  I am so so in love with my hair again and feel so happy and it’s given me confidence back within myself I lacked for some time.  Adiba gave me my dream 80s curly hair that I’ve always wanted. You get aftercare advice which I really appreciate to help keep the curls lasting. I’m so excited to style it next was so worth travelling from Somerset to have done.  If you are reading this and thinking of getting a perm go for it! Already I can’t wait to go back and have it done again. I will not go anywhere else. I loved the whole experience. Would give this salon 0 stars if I could. Came in for a perm the end of June and left with bleached, damaged hair which is snapping and splitting by the minute and still without curls. I have now had to cut half my hair off, I just wish I read the reviews before I went here. Just look at their response to the negative reviews on here, they take no accountability and are totally unprofessional. They are even accusing their clients of lying which is utterly ridiculous as who has time to leave a salon negative reviews when they did not have a bad experience? I think they are actually the ones lying saying they can't find peoples names on their books, seems very convenient to me. This salon should be closed down.Service:&nbsp;Curly hair
