I was disappointed with my visit here. Firstly in the middle of opening hours the door was locked. I chose to press the doorbell and a polite lady came to see me. I wanted to replace the China only in my bathroom, bath, washbasin and toilet and have it fitted. They have a minimum price of £7,500 obviously only catering for people who want lots of other work done. It was simply not suitable for me.
Tardis of a shop with helpful, friendly service. Had a gorgeous bathroom fitted by Phil last week and very happy with everything I ordered from here. Thanks
4 yes I've had this bathroom now I'm having to pay for another one the ring has broken down leeks etc toilet broken shower leeks through my ceiling sink not draining rubbish hidden behind the toilet the list goes on and they don't like you complaining
Been to an elderly friend of mine today and completely over priced a job that could be fixed instead of replaced, and for a fraction of the cost.
Owner Mark is very helpful and professional, nothing is too much trouble. Had bathroom in my first house and service was so good I went back again for my next house. Not disappointed
we had a new bathroom fitted approx 2years ago and it sill looks great highly recommend, over this weekend 7th Dec 2020 I dropped something in the toilet cracking the basin I contacted Mark this morning and within 2 hours new toilet sourced and fitted! absolutely fantastic service, cheers Mark & the lad you sent around.
We had our bathroom renewed and we had everything it was gutted! Cost around £7+.under the bst We had a shower heated rail tha rusted and then shaver plug that's rusted too. Weve had to get a plumber in and he was saying workman ship is awful generator shouldn't be by wwater under the vat
This is a review from my Aunty who is in her 80's Just want to say a huge thank you to Kavanaghs of the Meadway Tile Cross bathroom and kitchen centre.for changing my bathroom into a super shower room. From the day I first walked into their showroom I was treated with politeness and kindnes and that carried on all the way through the process. It was finished today and it is absolutely stunning. So thank you Mark Phil and Venessa. Nothing was too much trouble for you. I recommend you highly. Barbara
Fantastic customer service, in particular Vanessa who went out of her way to ensure we got our goods in time for builder. I would recommend Kavannagh's and use them again.
Great place great friendly service, plenty to look at, got quality bathroom stuff to look at, Mark is friendly and helpful .
