Great care for the poorly. Staff were helpful, kind and supportive of our situation. The quiet room had refreshments and biscuits to help ease our sorrows tea always helps. Beautiful gardens and remembrance area.

Just had some pushy guy press my apartment buzzer and say he’s from here then ask me to let him inside! I said sorry who are you and he said “can you let me inside”. Why would I let anyone inside an apartment block who isn’t allowed inside/authorised to be in the block and isn’t a resident or a delivery person? Please have a word with your staff. I understand they are trying to raise money for your charity, but asking to be let inside twice without explaining properly who they are or why they want to gain access is just wrong and worrying for people who are vulnerable.

I would like to say a massive thankyou to a wonderful place,lovely kind caring staff who looked after my mum in her last few days of cancer truly touched so would like to thank everyone from all my family'..
