Volvo Exeter have given us fantastic support at Devon Air Ambulance since we founded our fleet of XC90 Critical Care Cars in 2019. Our medical teams use these to respond to emergency incidents 365 days a year, on occasions where it is more appropriate to travel to a scene by road, rather than by Helicopter. These cars also help us maintain a presence in key areas of the county, speeding up response times and boosting our capacity to support South Western Ambulance Service.nThe staff at the Exeter dealership have been fantastic from the start and their flexibility, generosity and eagerness to support the charity, have been simply outstanding!nSpecial mention must go to Oliver Buckman, their Senior Service Consultant, who has constantly and personally gone far, far beyond the call of duty to help us!nNor are Volvo Exeter's high standards confined only to their business customers. Oliver, James and Val could not have been more helpful, or more generous, when arranging a test drive of the new EX30 for me as a private customer.nIn short, Volvo Exeter are a joy to work with, and having recently expanded our fleet to x4 XC90 Critical Care Cars, I and the rest of the team at Devon Air Ambulance, hope to be working with them for many more years yet!

Absolutely marvellous customer service!! Today I’ve called Volvo Exeter regarding warning messages Coolant low level on my dashboard, Bart/Brad from Service answer and told me to bring the car to them so they can have a look, I have been assisted immediately no waiting.. instead of just topping up the coolant they investigate what’s happening with my car,  and actually they found out that there is a bigger issue hidden behind this message. Surely I will have it fix there in a few months! Temporary solution and advise has been given to me. I can only highly recommend this Volvo garage. Thank you!

Amazing people at Volvo Exeter. I was in Devon  normally based Greater London heard crunching sound on my V90 when breaking Wednesday night. Called and they saw me 9am Thursday, replaced break pads and few other advisories found on health check by midday. Able to work from showroom while waiting & loads of free coffee. Really 10 out 10 experience and would highly recommend to anyone the Volvo Exeter team.
