Brilliant service by Keith Wash very welcoming gave us a really decent price compared to competition quick and clear pricing and booking. Large variety of stock - Would highly recommend!

I always use hetton karpet mill, it's a lovely friendly and very helpful service , great variation and value and DAVE O always goes above and beyond to help where he can. I can't thank you enough for arranging my carpet fitting on Friday the 8th ready for the property being valued , he took so much stress off my shoulders . This is how all customer service should be. Good selection of carpets across a whole range if styles and prices, spoilt for choice. but, what I likes was the professional advice given by David. no pressure on buying found karpet mills customer focused. Karpet Mills offer a brilliant service throughout. They offering a free measuring service that was quick and easy. Upon arriving at the store we were left to browse and look around before approaching us to help. They helped us find a carpet that was in our price range without pressure. The fitters did a good job, however they weren't overly tidy and left all of the rubbish behind. It's worth noting the fitters aren't part of Karpet Mills.

Friendly and helpful in the Hetton store, excellent choice. Ordered carpets called the store the day before arranged fitting day and I was given an approximate time for the carpets to be fitted. The 2 guys, Tony and john, i think the names are correct arrived at that time. The were brilliant and have made a fabulous job thanks very much

Huge selection, very helpful, great Value, quick delivery & fitting next week rather than 4 to 6 weeks quoted in other stores

Staff are so lovely and obliging. Got a really good quality wool remnant at a great price with good quality underlay. Delighted. Even the carpet fitter was a lovely chap too: friendly, happy, efficient and he did a 1st class job of fitting the carpet.
