Not a very good experience unfortunately. We went to visit Oxford from London on the 31st of Dec, a group of 8. Table was booked well in advance having read the largely positive reviews. However 3 things left a bad taste in the mouth. Firstly, we ordered mango lassi and even after repeated requests to change our glasses, we were ignored. So effectively we were expected to reuse our lassi glasses for water. Not a good experience. Secondly inspite of ordering a lamb dish they delivered a chicken dish. No apologies were forthcoming. And thirdly, less said about the portion sizes the better. Very poor experience and left a bad taste in the mouth especially on a day when we wanted to have a good time. I for one will not going back when I visit Oxford which I do quite often.

Come here quite often and pleased to say that the food is exquisite; was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Service was excellent too!
