My 3 dogs including a chihuahua have been going to Karenswood for years . Previously they had boarded in pet hotels including sofas and piped music . Karenswood is not a pet hotel but they are absolutely expert In dogs. They really love and understand all dogs. Would not hesitate in recommending.
They are very friendly and great with my Husky who has been with them for 6 years plus. She was a rescue dog and not very good with strangers and they helped her overcome this. Wont send her anywhere else. Kennels are clean and spacious and my dog loves going there, which is about 6 to 8 times in a year.
3rd dog session with kirsty she's mega with plenty off knowledge my GSD has come on so much in such a short time

We left our dog here just before Christmas. It's a very professional set up, and the dogs are well looked after. We didn't have any anxieties while we were away and knew it dog was in safe hands. They also have a shop selling all sorts of dog things like food, toys and leads. We will definitely be using them again.
Purchased an 8mm trailing line from these guys! Super helpful, accommodated some personal requirements, fast delivery! Item is good quality and leather is as advertised on their website! Came nicely wrapped/packaged, with product information and care instructions! More than happy, would recommend to any one! Thank you!
I liked the kennels, environment and the staff, who were willing to accommodate my greyhound's needs, so I felt confident leaving my dog here for a week. I returned to a dog that had been content and well looked after. I would be happy to leave him again.
