My partner and I enjoyed a positive rapport with this agency. They were always accommodating with any specifications we had, very quick to arrange maintanance as and when required and polite and respectful throughout. Our deposits were returned in full and in no time at all. We would highly recommend them and only left as a more suitable property was available but not under their management.

A lot of negative press about this company from all review sites and many ex tenants and contractors of KSL I've spoken to. Sadly from my own personal experience of 4 years being a tenant I can't dispute any of this, they are hard work and you don't get a bad name for no reason, usually perception is reality and definitely so in this case! The fee's are considerably higher than any other agent I've come across, I wonder if that's why they don't display their fee's on the website as required by Consumer Rights Act 2015? Would I recommend or use again, never, even if they had the last available house on earth! I expect their reply will be to deny all wrongdoing and fabricate a story about how it's my fault etc, like they do on all other reviews. I was pleasant and complied with all their requirements. I had the whole place professionally cleaned including the oven prior to leaving, it was even noted on the checkout report that I had left the place in a better condition than when I moved in.

Company declined for me to book a viewing on one of their properties they had to let when she found out we were foreign despite the fact that I am a UK taxpayer with Indefinite Leave to Remain. She didn't even bother to take any of my contact details to offer other properties for rent etc as you would when you're working for a letting agency. I was disgusted and think that an individual should be allowed to view a property based on your race.

Poor level of professionalism, not able to deal with every client according to their individuality. Permanent issues with transparency and communication. Client never felt welcome visiting the office. Abused status when a client terminated a contract early, so they never got their deposit back. So many hidden fees, I'm surprised they're still functioning legally. List could go on.
