4 adults dined there last Tuesday afternoon. We all enjoyed the day. Great banter. The food was very nice. Beef was lovely quality. Milkshakes were very nice. Our server was great. Forgot her name. Good slimming world banter and loved the joke about the shopping trolley. Great afternoon for adults . Even the chiefs were making us laugh.
The service is the absolute worst!!! But we loved it... I took my little sister out with me, and she loved the banter the staff gave her. The food was absolutely fantastic, and so we're the drinks. One of my drinks was forgotten, and when I bought it up to the server, she came out our 'karen' character and delivered service recovery very well. Then karen came back... I will definitely be back again!! Kid-friendliness: Suitable for Teens
Absolutely brilliant time. Smiles and laughs the whole time and had the mick taken out of me as soon as i sat down. The waitress we had was lovely, so busy in there and she was running around but still played up to the persona and was lovely and helpful to us at the same time. My kids loved every minute and for me thats amazing.. I cant thank you all enough for our experience and a special thanks to the waitress that made us visit a good one.
Absolutely enjoyed our experience at Birmingham karens diner. The friendliness not of staff and especially other diners happily wanting conversations with other diners. Chelsea our host well what can we say exceptionally vile in a good way. So thank you. Meals decent portions and tasty. A must for not easily offended
Great experience and laughed a lot. Staff were very politenot do use bad words so expect the worst if you take kids. It is expensive but we'll worth it for the abuse you get. Food was as expected as it's a diner but it was very nice. Defiantly would go again for the abuse. Staff are great and accommodating. Kid-friendliness: If you don't want you child to here bad words then don't take them and then you will have nothing to moan about if you don't like it.
Service was excellent, was hilarious and exactly what we’d hoped for. Jerome I think this was his name! was so funny and we loved him. The food however was very poor and expensive for what it was. I hope that they pay their staff very well, because that is the only reason I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Really enjoyed it, better than we expected, service was terrible, were humiliated and had the p##s taken out of us. Had to stand up with other birthday visitors to get a happy birthday chorus with a difference. They got everyone involved in games to ridicule the guests. Really enjoyed it and came away with jaw hurt, or maybe that was the chicken wings, because honestly, they were not the best the burgers we had were OK and the chips were fine, the drinks we had coctails OK also, and it was expensive for what it was but the laughs we had here made it all worthwhile, would recommend for the experience not necessarily the food.
Had a brilliant night, got just the right amount of abuse our waitress Amy and her side kick Ebony were fantastic. The banter was great and was made better because we brought our friend KAREN …….great experience and would highly recommend. Burgers were also top notch
Well what can I say it took us over 1 hr to find. Note for anyone going it's in the train station at the top round the corner u won't see it so go round the corner. The acting is brilliant can not fault them at all made us laugh the whole way through the experience. The food is not good very over cooked and fatty. We spoke to the manager and she was brilliant and sorted us out. The dessert was 5 out of 5 but said cookie dough and when it came it was cheesecake with cookie dough on top. But still over all its worth going for the experience. The waiters really do make this place .
At first we couldn’t find it but when we found it all was okay. If needing to find it it’s in the back corner of the Grand central station by the kitty cafe. It was a very funny experience they were rude and that’s what it’s all about. The food we ordered was very nice and came in big portions it also didn’t take long to arrive around 5-10 minutes. The staff entertaining us were brilliant and gave out sheets to colour, as well as singing songs and audience interaction on other guests. You can buy merchandise for quite cheap. Over all it was a great experience and I definitely recommend going.
