this company is very bad, before there was another company everything was fine, when we were transferred to Carbon Homes there were constant problems, they changed one assistant several times, I had to wait for three months and no result, they call every time and say sorry, we are busy, this job could have been finished in just one hour and we had to wait more than three months.
Nice housing organisation but when u try ring them up for repairs takens them longtime answer phone they should answer phones lot quicker that's only down fall nice people work there l recommended u go for a karben homes flats houses they are fantastic but they would get 5 stars if they are quicker answer the repair phones hot line
Worst housing association I've had in 25 years.
