Excellent customer service - all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The units are clean and dry, there are various sizes and mine was just right for my needs, plus the process of moving stuff in and out is very easy. Pricing for an annual hire is competitive. Highly recommend.

All good and helpful. Online quotes don't include mandatory insurance however which seems to be squirreled away in the small print... Other than that, very good experience.
Kangaroo Storage was a great facility, always clean and easy to get to the unit. The staff were also always helpful and friendly! I would definitely use them again!
Really lovely helpful staff, clean and bright storage building. Would have got five stars if opening hours were longer.
Slight issue dropping off items as there is only 1 lift to reach upper levels and the lift was broken. Fortunately an Engineer was called but the delay lasted a few hours. Good units though
Easy access to loading bays and units. Plenty of trolleys and some hydraulic pallet movers available. Trolleys with side panels would be a great addition. Friendly, informative staff. Process was easy to complete, except for the invasive and demanding inventory documentation. A recent demand from Head Office, applied throughout all KSS locations. I would suggest that this could see KSS lose some of their competitive edge.
Highly professional and efficient service. Couldn't fault them. Would very happily use again.
