Outstanding care and attention given to my wife, she was treated with courtesy and respect from the time she was taken into their care up until the funeral service had ended. For those of us bereaved we were also given the highest level of care in our time of loss. Nothing was too much trouble and Jo handled our requests without fuss, and everyone one at Kane's deserves praise for their professional approach. The funeral service gave every respect to my wife, allowed us to have a last moment with her at the end, and my specific request for Celebrant was met. The attention to detail made the service special, moving and uplifting. I have no hesitation in recommending Kane's and will be the first port of call for future family funerals.
Absolutely amazing service Jo went above and beyond for our family. The funeral was perfect everything my Nan would have wanted and more, making us feel so comfortable and positive at such a sad time. I would highly recommend to anyone, Jo is like part of our family.
I would like to thank all the staff at Kane’s, however I believe a special gratitude of thanks and appreciation should go to Jo. When someone you love dearly passes away it’s difficult to focus on the here and now especially when you are grieving. Jo guided us through the process giving her full attention to the family’s needs, even the smallest detail was dealt with sympathetically. My Dad’s funeral was made so much easier by Jo’s compassion and friendship and as a family we are grateful.
Following the death of my brother in December, we were lost and had no idea what to do. We found Kanes and more importantly Jo who explained everything and went above and beyond to support all my family at the time. She was a massive help to his children, her compassion was effortless. Following the sudden death of our Mum in January, I was lost and had no idea what to do, I had never organised a funeral before. I found Kanes and the reviews already written, they were completely correct and now I know why... 'Jo' her professionalism was outstanding, she showed great empathy and complete understanding. Jo went above and beyond to support all my family. Her compassion was effortless. All her team were amazing, I still remember and was taken aback by Jo and her teams respect to our mum, their kind words and support. I cannot recommend Kane funeral services enough.
Jo is amazing! She was quick to return calls if she was out at a funeral, so empathetic to our needs and this meant everything ran so smoothly on the day. Cannot recommend this lovely lady more.
I can not thank becky/joanne enough for doing my dads funeral and both my nanas they was absolutely outstanding the girls spoke to us like we was family and they took such good care of our loved ones I would definitely reccomend this branch to anyone is sadly needs to arrange a funeral I just put into word how fantastic they was!!!!x

Kanes were amazing during a very tough time. We didn't know where to start but right from the first phone call which was to their out of hours service, we knew they were the right people to carry out our Mums wishes. We felt every step of the way that they cared and they made sure we didn't miss anything. We have sadly since needed Kanes services again, we didn't hesitate to use them and Joanne, the Manager repaid our trust with a truly personal service for our brother. Every member of the team can't do enough and are all very, very genuine which is much needed at a terrible time. Thank you
