Kaldi is a great little independent coffee shop, ideally located next to Wimbledon train station. Their Caramel Cappuccino is highly recommended.

I appreciate the selection here, particularly the matcha lattes and bubble tea; they're not exactly easy to come by in London cafés. The food is always good too: their avocado and grilled chicken salad, their bagels, and their cakes are always good. Be wary of the time of day you get there; I've occasionally had really dry ones. However, I often find their service rather dismissive and curt, like they're always ready to have you out of there. They clean up around you and close the upstairs early. It's a shame because my friends and I like it here, but we often meet in Starbucks instead since it's often a more welcoming atmosphere.

I LOVE KALDI! I visit the shop on average twice a week and can honestly say that prices are cheap compared to pret and starbucks. Breakfast baguettes are £3.50 and full of lots of meat. The staff are very quick and the shop is generally very clean. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is referred to as the Boycott Café in our office as gradually people stop going as they repeatedly experience aprupt and downright rude service. Have witnessed the owner/manager (the guy) making fun of a customer's regional accent repeatedly and to the point where you could sense the customer's humiliation. Used to go daily to pick up a soya latte and the guy always remembered my drink which is a nice touch, however, several times after having lunch there I left feeling annoyed or angry at the way the woman who makes the sandwiches treated me. After not going for a few months I gave them another try but soon stopped going again. Today my colleague was left shaken after an encounter with the rude 'lady' who had got my colleagues order wrong and then reacted like my colleague was taking liberties when asking for it to be corrected. She also speaks down to the girl who helps out. I'm giving two stars as the food is lovely and they use unsweetened soya milk which coffee shops rarely offer, I also like supporting independent businesses and live in hope that one day the staff learn some manners so that I can go back, which is my reason for leaving feedback.
