I only had the opportunity to shop here once. They had a wonderful selection of coffee related items and carried a fantastic range of Torani syrups. Unfortunately, this location is now CLOSED we last went by in May 2024. A sign on the door says that their Sarnia location is still open.Service: 5/5

The owner is incredibly friendly and takes the time to personally guide you through their extensive selection of coffee. I was amazed by the sheer variety of K-Cups they offer—all in one place! What sets this shop apart is the option to purchase individual cups instead of entire boxes. This gives you the freedom to explore and savor the specific flavors you're interested in. Additionally, their range of syrup options is impressive, ranging from delightful exotic mango flavors to classic, comforting vanilla. Don't miss out on this fantastic coffee experience!
I'm new to this Kaffeine store however I'm a lover of Keurig coffee flavored k-cups and when I found out I wanted to give it a try because I love the idea of being able to purchase k-cups individually however several times now I have purchased from the discount bins and the k- cups have been defective. I firmly believe that the store personnel are aware of these defax and that additional customers have made complaints about them which is why they are in the discount bins for a reason and they should not be sold to unsuspecting customers because that's extremely unprofessional and bad for business it shows that the owner/manager/supervisor at Kaffeine is dirty and likes ripping unsuspecting customers off. As of to date after shopping here 3 previous times I have had this negative experience happen to me 8 times now and I know it's not my Keurig because it's brand new and every other k-cup I've put through works perfectly fine!

Fantastic service- I love that I can get unique flavours of coffee and for a price equal to or lower than in a big chain. The owners are fantastic, always engaging and helpful in trying to find the best coffee flavours. they also carry an incredible selection of decaf coffee. They sell the torani syrup, which I love and its 20% cheaper than buying the syrup elsewhere. Support local- not only helping a local family but you can get so much variety and can buy individual pods to try before committing to a box. One of my favourite small businesses!

Weird I know, but first time shopping for pods. What a fantastic first time. Owner was really helpful to my wife and I, suggested several different kinds, showed us ones made in Canada and answered a bunch of our questions. I even learned his son is a phenomenal comic artist who should be pursuing this as a career. Had a great visit and will never buy pods from a big box.
I have been here a couple of times now and I am very pleased.The variety is very good even with these tough times. The associates are always friendly. The gentleman I dealt with yesterday was so pleasant and upbeat extremely positive even with how bleak everything seems. I will continue to shop there.
Outstanding customer service, great prices and a huge selection. I was very pleased walking into this store and having the option to mix and match different brands and flavors to try new things out. Always hated having to commit 15-20 dollars at other stores one one brand and flavor hoping I would enjoy it. Owner is very helpful, educated and can definitely point you in the right direction of what you're looking for.
