Booked a cab to Heathrow was late by 15 min in getting into car. Driver started complaining he could not wait. Afterwards after reaching at the airport gave the driver an extra money for the wait and he left happy. Next day I get messages and calls from Kabbee stating I did not give the driver extra money for the wait. Driver seems to have kept the extra for himself and lied to Kabbee that I did not pay. The next day I find my account has been suspended which had £20 credit on it and call customer care as soon as I give them my email they hang up!! No return of credit or acknowledgment of extra payment. Horrible service. Never again. Crooks
Had an terrible day with Kabbee. Booked trip 2 weeks ago which got confirmed for 8 am and cab agency pushed service to another agency around 7 am who was not aware the trip. Later on request they found a driver who was running for our pick-up while his car broke down. Finally, I had to cancel the trip and go with Uber with 2 hrs lost and running to catch my flight. Worst service and no contacts details. Good I chose cash else would be running behind them for refund.
I wish i can give them zero stars. I have pre-booked and pre-paid a cab to pick me up at 1 am from Luton. Once I came out of the arrivals hall at 1 am, the cab was not there. When i called the fleet, i was told that the driver called me, did not get through and therefore has now left. I had no missed calls on my phone or voicemails. The fleet advised me to seek an alternative method of getting back to London! At 1 am, with public transport no longer running! I ended up getting an Uber home. But that was not the end of the journey as I have already paid for that cab! I emailed Kabbee twice asking for a refund and received no response. I then Twitted Kabbee, to which i finally got a response, saying that my complaint will be reviewed. Kabbee then initially refunded me the money to my Kabbee account - as if I will ever use them again!! After two more tweets, the agreed to put money back to my credit card. Nothing happened for another two weeks and two emails later...
Recently booked an airport pickup from Gatwick airport for 1 am. At 00.30 I received a call from the taxi driver saying that they have no capacity to fulfill my booking and that they will cancel it from their side so that Kabbee can re-book me with another taxi company. Kabbee however did not do so and left me stranded in Gatwick at 1am on a working day giving me no option but to get an uber no other means of transport were running at that time for £136 - vs £57 I was expecting to pay with Kabbee. When I then complained to the Kabbee customer service asking for compensation for the additional money I had to pay due to them not fulfilling their promise to re book me with another provider promise which is clearly stated in the confirmation email they send you they claim that they are unable to do anything more than credit £10 to my Kabbee account. Will certainly not use them again in the future and will discourage anybody who actually wants to get somewhere from doing so.
Booked a 1am pick up from Gatwick to central London 2 days in advance. I called them before my inbound flight departed to tell the my flight had been delayed. They emailed and text me whilst my flight was in air to tell me they pick up company had changed. Despite giving my arrival time, I received several annoying text messages from the new driver asking for an update on how long we'd be. We were still waiting for our bags due to delays and several flights arriving at the same time. The driver was supposed to wait for us in the arrivals hall but he called me and said we had to come and find him as he didn't want to pay for parking! He then started arguing with me when I told him that is not what I paid for! Rude driver and shocking service. Time to go elsewhere!
If I could I would put 0 stars! Taxi company Called to cancel a car to the airport 15 mins before it was due to arrive! They offered a new car 90mins later! That’s now 3 bookings that kabbee cancel, the other 2 were replace by with another cab company. At least UBER came to the rescue once more! #terribleservice #badcustomerservice
I book via the app for airport rides and have never had problems. They essentially are a booking engine working with existing can companies, but they're competitive and always give a number to call for issues etc. Drivers need to wait outside of airport areas if your flight is delayed but always get in touch.
Terrible experience. Booked taxi several days in advance. Didn't show at the pre-arranged time. Was told 25 minutes delay because they don't have taxis in my postcode. The driver was actually only pinged at the time my cab was due, that's why it took him 25mins to get there. Driver didn't stick to the gps which made me really uncomfortable as I wasn't familiar with the route. Arrived overall 50 minutes late. When I finally did arrive at the airport the driver then asked me out!? If you're a woman, definitely stay away from them. Super unprofessional and creepy
Booked cab to Luton Airport for a 5 am journey. Cab no-showed and cancelled at 5:10 am. Kabbee charged my card twice. Have spent three weeks trying to get refund to no avail. Definitely don't use
Have used them quite a few times for airport pickups and every time, without fail, the cab is late and always trying to scam for extra cash. Kabbee themselves are unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. Will switch to Uber now, even if it's a couple quid more it's well worth it.
