My dog came here this Friday 19/3/21 for a cut. He's an old bichon, has lots of warts on his body and can be snappy, so is quite difficult to cut. Generally groomers have had trouble but cut him well. On this occasion however, there was not one mention that he had been awkward. His cut is horrendous and my boy seems almost traumatised by this experience with bouts of trembling and generally not himself. Would definitely not recommend. K9 Crazy, you've gotta be crazy to go in there!!
Widely recognised as one of the best groomers in the country and I can see why! Anyone who knows what a proper cut should look like will be very impressed with Emma's experience and knowledge.
We bought our old English sheepdog for a full groom and told them exactly what we wanted, unfortunately when we got him home we realized that they had done a really bad job. He was clipped all over, a very shabby groom, I have never seen anything like it, it cost £50. It will take months for it to grow back and then I will find someone competent to make it right. Needless to say I would not recommend K9 Crazy.
K9 Crazy is the only place I'll take my shi-tzu Max to get groomed. Emma can wash, cut, do his nails and full groom within the hour and always comes out looking great!! I travel from Southend to go to Benfleet despite not driving so train and bus but worth every penny! Thanks for today's groom Emma x
