Kevin & Max installed a completely new boiler & hot water system. The quality of design, installation, workmanship, knowledge and expertise was outstanding & the level of customer service was exemplary . We have since used Kevin & Max on other properties including urgent call out work. They provided a very quick & timely response & as always the quality of service was excellent, being prepared to go beyond the call of duty to get the problem resolved & the job done. If you need a team that you can trust to provide first class professional service then look no further.
Kev was contacted in relation to my parents central heating as the system was in need of upgrading. We were very impressed with K Stephenson from the speed of initial response to our enquiry, the ongoing communication, the speed of the actual booking, efficient completion of the boiler replacement and end result . Kev’s son Max worked so hard to ensure that the heating wasn’t off for long and was so helpful, polite and tidy. Definitely would highly recommend.
I chose Kevin for a service to my boiler because of the good Google reviews. His son Max did the service efficiently with a no-charge tweak to make one of my radiators work that hadn't previously. All the communications and documents were dealt with courteously and promptly. Highly recommended.
Kevin installed our heating system more than a decade ago and has provided excellent service ever since. We are moving away from the area shortly and will deem ourselves lucky if we can find anybody that can come close to his standards. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and wish Kevin and Max every success in the future.
We are new costumers of Kevin as previous company failed to help. It was an emergency call and Kevin was in our house in 30 minutes despite it was out of his working hours. The service he provides is the best, we have used his service several times since the first time. Professional and reliable very friendly guy. Local. Had met Kev before through my previous landlady who then serviced our boiler at that address. Found him to be extremely professional, neat and genuine! There was no hesitation in calling him again to our new address as the boiler was due for servicing! Great service, great chap! Would definitely recommend his services! Update.. Year later and Kev was round to service our boiler with service as rated before!
I would thoroughly recommend Kevin. He installed our boiler and new radiators when we moved 3 years ago and did an excellent job. He has been servicing our boiler on an annual basis. He is totally reliable, efficient and friendly. We have found that nothing is too much trouble for him and he will always come out very promptly when needed. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
Max, Kevin’s son came and serviced my Worcester boiler and was v pleased with the whole process from first point of contact. Reliable and would definitely recommend. Thanx a lot Both. Graham
