Visited K Sports Cobdown today for a spot of lunch in their clubhouse in the picturesque grounds. Surrounded by the pitches and 3G facilities, with reasonably priced food. Ordered Fish & Chips which was produced fresh literally watched Chef Jack come and get the cider to make the Beer Batter freshly, and presented nicely. A number of contacts have recommended the new menu and food, and I was lucky enough to see some photos of some of Jack's work over the last few weeks since they relaunched the menu. Photos Attached. Would highly recommend visiting, with food available from 12-8/9pm most days, it's perfect in this weather!
The ground is in a Cage with one small seated stand as the rest of ground is just open space.
Impressive multisports centre/club including football, hockey, squash, gym and a sports bar.
Went to watch my local football team there there But discovered if you want hot food or drink Then you need to take your own There is seating to watch the game but no refreshments stall. Instead it's a route march back to the social club no hot food just alcohol or coffee
I went here last Saturday to attend a 50th birthday party, all very good, nice clean premises. Well stocked bar. The food buffet was excellent which was all done by the staff there. Drinks were about average price, no nice glasses for people having G and T drinks doesn't look good in a straight tumbler glass!!! Overall would visit again.
