I recently made a purchase of a large OLED designed specifically for wall hanging along with a Dolby Atmos enable sound bar .  My living arrangements mean I'm looking to maximize space and safety as i have a young boy running around  I was recommended to go to speak to K.R.I audio,visual system  installations by Richer Sounds in Cheltenham.  Karl who's the owner called me to find out my requirements.  After speaking we booked a date so Karl could come over .  Now I am surprised there aren't more reviews on here as this review is well deserved and I'm genuinely astonished at the level of professionalism and care I received  Upon arriving Karl assessed where I wanted the TV placed and the sound bar in relation to where I'm going to be sat when using it. I live in an old house so I needed any disruption to the walls to an absolute minimum as I explained to Karl, Karl started mapping out the placement and checking with me each way that I was happy  Once marked and checked and checked again the fitting began , dust sheets were placed where drilling was happening and the support bracket was on the wall.  The next part is something I wish more people take notice off and that's treating expensive equipment with respect and care and that's where I feel K.R.I audio visual system installations deserve extra credit as Karl was really careful handling my OLED using everything needed to protect it All the cables used were carefully positioned and marked so we know what will go where and kept neat behind and exiting the TV  Once we were happy with the TV position we discussed soundbar placement we both came to the conclusion to mount the soundbar on on its feet using some additional isolation pads to even out and protect the underside it's placed on a stone mantle thus maximizing ceiling height for the dolby Atmos effects  I assisted mounting the TV  to the bracket while Karl talked me through what to do , a few seconds later it was locked in place , leveled so it's perfectly straight , cables neatly positioned out the way as I didn't want them trunked or recessed which Karl is more than capable of doing .  We went through plugging each device into the TV and began setting up everything checking the units were communicating with the TV  Karl spent time updating the equipment and then going through each setting we'll be using while explaining the features if we wanted to experiment and where to re set everything if we get carried away .  This is a long review but I believe it shows the level of service Karl went too to make sure I was happy  I wouldn't hesitate to use K.R.I  audio, visual system installations again and I'd confidently recommend him to anyone who's looking to either mount a TV or setting up a full on home cinema system or audio room  His Extensive knowledge and care truly show a professional at work!
