Horrible company! In July 2022 I chased them for around £400 credit they owed us for stock not delivered over multiple delivery’s. In feb 2023 there’re chasing me for £100. The business changed hands and the previous owner emailed them twice which the my conveniently claim they didn’t get I have both the emails on thread including a response! Previous business was closed as was the bank account 6 months after chasing this credit. Now they get to keep to money as the business no longer exists. Most of their stuff is over priced and the reps come and see you, waste your time claiming they want more business and weeks and weeks go by and you’re chasing them to give them money. Avoid avoid avoid.
Top notch! Staff are polite and helpful. Product are of the highest quality. Delivery drivers deserve a pay rise:
Unreliable they let me down so many times
Made a delivery there this morning. A credit to the guys on goods in. Done and dusted in 15 minutes with 9 pallets taken off. Also with a smile on their faces which nowadays is a rare sight. Well done guys

Since creating their Click and Collect / Home delivery for the general public during lockdown, I have been able to have easy access to food without the hassle of going to a supermarket. Ordering online is easy and I have received great customer service at their depot and from delivery drivers. Highly recommend.
KFF AMAZING! Just amazing, this company go above and beyond to serve. Daniel is an asset to the team, 100% dedicated and passionate about the company that is clear to see, he recommend the click and collect service and it is fantastic, the team make it so easy and they are so helpful. Highly recommend to all my friends and family. We now have some lovely food in our homes to get through these difficult times. Thank you for all you are doing.
After being a customer for 12years I have had to cancel my account due to appalling customer service. My delivery keeps turning up when the pub is closed despite being told not to deliver before 11.30am. Spoke to customer service and was told that it is only convenient for them to deliver when there is no one here.
Terrible customer service. I called to ask for prices on peeled shallots and they refused. I then asked to create an account with them so I could see prices and they told me 'that's not how it's done here' and carried on being rude and wouldn't create an account for us - you've missed out on a customer that could be spending a lot of money. Shame on you to the woman who answered the phone - I wish I got your name so I could make a formal complaint to your head of staff. Will never even consider coming here again.
Very professional company. Cannot fault them at all. Would highly recommend them. John Weller has been really helpful and has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
