The staff was super friendly. The menu has plenty of options, even and vegan ones. Choose a NYC sirloin steak. The was a perfect medium-rare as I asked for. I ordered a Crispy strips and value meal they forgot the fries and they sent called chicken and warm Coke Zero… This is the third time they have done it I always like to give people chances. I even mentioned in the order that the previous two times chicken has been lukewarm and the fries have been inedible, And if they could please ensure that I had fresh food…
Really bad experience for the second time. Food was undercooked resulting in disposing it.
Dry bun, brown lettuce... do you even care ‍ You must see this poor quality before you serve it up. 25 cents for ketchup... at least ask the customer at the counter #HonortheColonel!
It took more than 15' to prepare a bucket of 8 chicken legs for us which were not even 8. They were 7 but we had been waiting for too long to get back and lose even more time complaining. Maybe they need more staff cause they are doing delivery orders as well. The food was very yummy though. But I find these too expensive for a fast food meal: 12 euros for a bucket.
Quantity and quality has gone down sadly. But prices are steady. Service was good and the store was nice and clean.

Do not make the mistake of getting there on a Saturday night. We did and we waited for 20' to place our order and another 45' for picking up. Of course, there was a mistake with our order and our table was not cleaned, since there wasn' t any available personnel at the time. We felt sorry for the poor guys and girls that were preparing the orders, but it was obvious that most of them were not properly trained to handle neither that kind of crowd nor the excess of the online orders. The food was OK, but the overall experience was very bad, to say the least.

Comparing with KFCs in Turkey, quality of chicken was not good with much bigger pieces, less spicy and crunchy, only service was the same and all this at triple the price. Why such a huge difference KFC?
