I had a great time at KFC with my friends! The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff made our visit even better. One of the team members, Ash, stood out with his hard work and great sense of humor. He made us feel welcome and kept us laughing throughout our meal. It’s always nice to see someone enjoying their work and going the extra mile to make customers feel at home. Delivery - hadnt had kfc for a while thought would give a try again, absolutely horrible on this occasion, usually it is OK from wednesbury branch a bit hit and miss here and there but on this occasion has put me right off KFC. Would not order again. The fries are a disgrace limp cold tasteless only taste is the skin on them, the chicken was very salty and not very flavourful.
Nobody cares but I just left at 18:46pm Monday 30th September 2024. The floor is very slippery and is a disaster lawsuit waiting to happen. I could have been seriously injured had I not regained my balance. It would appear that the cooking grease is being mopped from the kitchen onto the dining area. I don’t eat the food usually, it was as expected. No hand sanitizer available.
Been here many times as it's my local unfortunately, it's extremely hit and miss and if your going through the drive through expect to be waiting 45 minutes on average even without it being busy, the staff last time we're all over the place, although plenty of them. Absolutely clueless, I ordered my usual and they just chucked random spicy chicken in and gave me a can of tango, again which I didn't order instead of the usual cup. I went in to complain and the guy manning the counter didn't really say anything apart from "muhhh" and "mm" and took me a good 2 minutes to just get my order changed even though it was two simple meals and he had to explain to me 3 times what they didn't have instead of just telling me all at once, absolutely terrible service and only about two staff actually doing something out of about 15
Got diverted on our journey home, so we happened to take a chance to stop at KFC Wednesbury. We've been to a few before, but this one was the best we've experienced. Customer service goes a long way, and smiling faces and a bit of friendly banter is what we received. The food was quick to be prepared and fresh. Only minor niggle was the AC was set to despite it being cold and raining outside, and a few more toilets would cut down on queue times.
Was OK always cold can't complain it's fast food always service cold here ..why I have to clue it's never busy when I go in !! I don't recommend any dishes they will all be cold ! Replying back to your comments.. I visit here often different times of the day ..doesn't matter what time of day it is the food is always cold !!

Never had a problem with the food. Service has always been very quick. I've never been in hen it's been busy but I normally go around lunch time so might get busy in the evening. Looks clean and tidyFood: 5/5
It's okay, they only sell drinks which contain sweeteners, don't give sugar option which I think is ridiculous. People should be given choice not treated like childrenFood: 2/5
Quick service. The zinger burgers were great. Chicken wings were rather oily and not very meaty. Staff wAs friendly and helpful. I am going to score this branch 4/5 for food,4/5 due to cleanliness overall,2/5 for toilets and 5/5 staff friendliness.
