Had my old bay window replaced during the first week of November 2021 with a new UPVC one by Kevin Dixon bulding repair and maintenance company based in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The joiner Peter, and his young assistant made a brilliant job of removing the old bay window and replacing it with a top quality upvc double glazed one. Peter not only took a great deal of care that it fitted properly but went the extra mile in making the external and internal finish look smart and very professional. Great credit to him and Dixons.
Discrasful service. Roofer attended my property for emergency call out. I was at work so was let in. Left and didn't leave me any information of work done. I noticed a lot of foam all over on the roof so wrongly assumed he had fixed it. As he hadn't fixed the roof this would have been useful. Now it's raining again and I still have a water feature running through bathroom. Communication skills are terrible.
