Absolutely useless. Rude, forgetful and arrogant man running the place.

Seems to have forgotten that actually listening to customers is essential along with good communication.

Fitter turned up unexpectedly when it was not convenient because the owner had forgotten to mention it to us.

Ken was generally unpleasant to deal with throughout the entire process.

Will never use again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! Beware! Get EVERY stair, landing and room individually detailed on the quotation before agreeing to go ahead AND DEFINITELY BEFORE PAYING  A DEPOSIT 
The elderly  proprietor very unprofessional Denies certain areas are included after deposit taken
Still awaiting completion of my order three months later and K C Carpets refusing to complete
Avoid unless you welcome inconvenience!
