Has everything you need if you're craving for items from Africa. Wide selections of food stuff and snacks. Worth stopping by to grab vegetables and African spices.nGreat customer service and delivery.nI highly recommend.
Has a number of African and Asian food items with a relatively competitive price.nHowever, the lady of the shop could improve with her attitude to customers. She comes across as being rude, even though I don't think she intends to be rude.
Good customer service but the customers are more than the workers there not complaining because you get to meet with a lot of Africans which means you can gist with each other while waiting to be attended to
I needed a few items for an event I am hosting, and I am home-bound for now. So, I was going to send someone to pick up on Wednesday, April 03 2024. Since it was a distance, we needed to be sure this African shop had most of the items.nnI called the number that was along side the details of this shop. A lady picked up, and I confirmed it was the shop and needed some items. The lady told me angrily she was in a prayer session and she was not in the shop, that I should call her husband. I then politely asked for his number because not on their details on Google. She grumbled and gave me the number. I thank her and dropped the call.nnI proceeded to call the husband's number, who confirmed he was in the shop. I inquired about the items and he proceeded to tell me that he was busy and attending to customers and it would be better if I just came to the shop. I explained I was sending someone, so I needed to be sure he had the 4 items, including alcoholic beverages. He responded that he does not deal in any alcoholic beverages and confirmed he had only one of the four items that I wanted to purchasennI thanked him and ended the call. My experience was not nice. I have never seen people treat customers in a very unfriendly way. I was referred here by someone, but I won't be going here to get any items.
The owner needs to work around a very decent store arrangement. He stocks great produce and it can be called the one-stop-shop for African shoppers.
