Just ordered a kebab from k and m pizza Stapleford ,thought great iv had foo d before all seemed ok with my order ,then a phone call came and why I was on the phone man tryed to call me but I didn’t no that and it said not doing order so I rang him and he said order said no cheese so I exsplained about must of clicked on wrong bit and he said he not understanding and put phone down I’d just give a 10 out 10 and I have no tea well 1starandlast money I’m spending there no manners at all ,foolish little man

After placing a phone order with them months ago they have given my mobile number to a company that sends text messages out on their behalf promoting their stuff. I rang tonight to get my number removed but the person on the other end says it's not them it's another company and he can not get my number removed but I can. So under data protection act they are giving customer details always without any consent from the customers. Absolutely disgusting and solicitors will be involved with these cowboys. Pizza was very poor when it arrived late.

I'm Not one for leaving a bad review, BUT!! 
I made an order tonight & 1 the man on the end of the phone was SO RUDE and didn't listen to me at all witch resulted in HIM getting our order wrong. So when I rang to correct it. the 2nd man was lovely and sent me the meal they missed.... what they failed to tell me was that they were going to charge me an extra £5 for said meal! So i ended up paying £27 for 2 small meals & a bottle of coke?!!! NOT HAPPY!! I will NOT be ordering again!!
