They are disgraceful and an absolute joke of a company. They do not follow any rules and regulations. Promote bullies and get rid of hard working people that they do not want/need without any sort of remorse or basis for dismissal made up accusations by their corrupted staff. Managers are corrupted and do as they please, they treat their staff like piece of rubbish. Absolutely no respect towards basic, lower paid staff, racist comments and behaviour is not treated seriously and is not being doubt with. I do feel like this company should be looked into by an Ombudsmen and thorough investigation started against all the above issues. Everything that I've put here is true and really upsetting. Shame on you JVM !!!!
Even the hard workers might find it difficult! 20 min break for 8 hours shift! Unfortunately, a big no-no from me!
Forklift guy is amazing get you tipped and reloaded in no time!!!
Ok I was told all are misery guts, but on my 1st time there found the opposite all were helpful n chatty.
A dirty factory where you got wipe your feet when you come out .very health safety conscious yet has machines leaking oil around 600 degree molten aluminium
