Arrived on time and started explaining the process of the work that needing doing. They were very conscious of keeping everything tidy, using dust sheets, taking shoes off and then used a hoover to tidy up at the end. Everything seemed very organised and efficient through the entire job, no rushing around. They respected my house and furniture at all times which made me feel comfortable while the works were carried out. When everything was finished I was shown all the completed work and areas of my electrics that needed improving. Being a single occupant I felt safe in my home and found Justin to be very trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

Great professional service. Justin is very friendly and accommodating. He came and done extensive work on my house and left it spotless at the end of everyday. The job was finished to the highest quality and at a very reasonable price. I can not recommend his services highly enough.

I was stood-up by a local electrician twice yesterday, so I got in touch with @JBE_Ltd last night. Justin is professional, friendly, meticulous and honest. The job was done even before I left for work this morning. If only all trades were as good as this. I can't recommend his services enough.

I have had a few electricians and electrical companies over the last 15 years and it has taken until now to find a company who takes such pride in his work as Justin does. I found Justin Bucknell Electrical and asked for a quote to carry out lighting updates to LED and extra LED fitments. I received the quote within the time given and he carried out the work 3 weeks later. Justin and his colleague arrived on time and before starting the work he run through the whole process and what to expect over the visit. They took great care of my property and provided dust sheets and hard floor protective sheets and even wore shoe covers to go upstairs.! I just found the whole experience very refreshing for a tradesman and Justin has such a high standard. The best tradesman I have met to date. All the best

Called up and needed some switches looking at in our kids room, they turned up same day & fixed the issue first time and didn't charge the earth. Called some others who never even returned my calls. Have saved them in them in my mobile - won't bother calling around again! Thanks all.
