This company have gone down hill hugely since they did my first house years ago. Family owned they rose above some of the questionable sales tactics used by their competitors and did a good job too.

Unfortunately they are no longer the company they once were, committing to deliver items then refusing to even apologise when those items didnt turn up. In fact they started quoting small print and blaming me  Charmingly they then threatened to come and take the door out of my wall (an act that would involve a criminal offence- although that point seemed lost on them)

In short- they're now terrible - avoid them - I will in future. Pity as tbe product is fine.

Don't reply to letters or email - service unbelievably bad - my advice is avoid!

I found the service outstanding and the staff very informative and helpful. they completed the job on time and even cleaned up after which was a bonus !! i couldn't b there till after 9 a couple of the days as had to drop children to school and i called the office and spoke to carol and she sorted it all out quickly so the fitters turned up  at a time that was convenient which was perfect. over the moon with our new windows an doors . thanks just windows an doors !!would recommend .

I had a period property with a need for replacement windows that can be opened but maintaining the character and not breaking the bank.

JWD hit that spot and the experience from start to finish was first class. 

Very friendly sales service, not pushy, willing to listen and understand your requirements and then give advice to provide the best product for your needs, even if its the cheaper option! Additional technical advice was excellent and available at the end of the phone or face to face in the showroom.

Windows were ordered promptly following survey and resolution of a few technical issues, kept abreast of the status of manufacture at regular intervals which gives you as the customer great comfort over the 6-8 week process.

Windows were fitted by competent, friendly fitters quickly and efficiently in a very professional manner, due consideration for any personal time constraints, gaining the trust within the first day of being on site that they don't need babysitting during the installation allowing you to go about your day to day out of the house when necessary. Just make sure you have enough tea and coffee available, they even make it themselves! They clean up after themselves every day, you'd hardly notice they had been. Happy to resolve any small adjustments the next day or the same afternoon, allowing you to be satisfied the moment they finish up and leave site. 

Highly recommended, to such an extent a new front door has now been ordered too.

If JWD are not the cheapest quote you have, spend the little extra. You will not be disappointed by the end product or what you would been through from the moment you call them.

Just Windows & Doors has a very good reputation in "Which local" and thats what made us shortlist them for replacing our front door last year.

We were given a variety of options for different budgets and at no point felt pressured to buy. We took our time, visited the Ickenham showroom twice and people there were friendly and helpful (again no pressure!). Everything went smoothly after the order, the staff always responded quickly over email which was good for me since I have a phone aversion. We really like the door they fitted.

We'll not hesitate to use them again for replacing some of the older windows. Highly recommended.
