Called up for a quick chain adjustment, during a long trip. The guys couldn't be more helpful. Sorted out in 5 mins. Really friendly, just wished I lived nearer, they would be my go to bike shop.
Great service and advice! I am so pleased I found Just Motorcycles in Basingstoke. I bought second-hand 125 motorcycle from the original owner with only 2,500 miles on the clock. It was a bit of a gamble as it had not been driven for a year and SORN since last summer. The front brake was seized on yikes! A call to Just Motorcycles where I got some great advice and arranged with them to collect the bike from home, service and MOT it to get the bike road legal again. The guys at Just Motorcycles sorted out all the niggles as part of the service and did a fantastic job bringing the bike back to life! It was all done very professionally and at a fair price too - I highly recommend them!
Born again Biker after 30 years out of the saddle. Never lost my Itchy Throttle Syndrome. Lost touch with what all the modern bikes were. Bought a 10 year old bike via a friend. Spent a lot of time chatting with loads of Bikers about servicing and repairs. Just Motorcycles was mentioned a few times. Never a bad word. Seen a few posh showrooms and fancy workshops, but they had negative comments from some Bikers. First impressions with J.M. left me with open mind when my bike developed frustrating electrical issues. Dan was the man to help me with various electrical problems. Knowledgeable explanations. Good service. Always reasonable prices for me. Got to know Phil and Joe. I've had problems. They have always helped. Been going there for 5 years now. Even had a major 25k service with valve adjustments etc. Cheapest quote from J.M. and felt like a new bike afterwards. I've read a few negative reviews. Not sure about those comments? Doesn't sound like the same place I go to? I've recommended J.M to other Bikers. They've been there and were more than happy with their experience.
Helpful and easy to deal with. Needed some new road 6s on my mt. Had them readily available And had them fitted while I waited. Will definitely be using these guys again!
Everything ive been looking for. Living in Andover I have struggled to find a reliable and active motorbike shop. Really friendly bunch, lots of services and work available, and have a pub opposite whilst waiting for an MOT! Looking forward to future business with you.
I took my 2010 Tuono in for MoT this morning and got chatting about its hated Datatool Alarm. I had been put off having it removed as I'd heard it could be £200+ however... a loan bike and an hour or so later I returned to collect my Tuono with fresh MoT and the hated Datatool Alarm removed all for £101 - brilliant!
First class service today in my hour of need. I had a puncture coming off the M3 and was directed to Just Motorcycles by a fellow biker. Within 30mins I had a new Road 6 tyre fitted and tested so I could make the remaining 40miles home.
Just an MOT today. Booked on line, easy & straight forward. Professional & courteous. Deal with pretty much any bike, Servicing, MOT, Tyres, batteries, cleaning stuff, oils etc. Very pleased & happy to recommend...
Polite, friendly and most importantly worked their electrickery on my 76 GT500. Electrics baffle me so rather than fanny around for hours I booked my bike in, problem diagnosed in short order and fixed. No small task with 40 year old technology. Very pleased.
Great motorcycle mechanics, staff are super friendly and want to help! Highly recommend!
