Great service have used these for or my garden machinery. Hoping to be for many years to come.

Shambolic organisation. 

When I first tried to place an order, their “IT system was down” so they were taking notes by hand so there was lots of confusion. When my order arrived, not only had it been loaded on a pallet that the Palletways driver had no way of getting off the truck (he had a pallet truck but no way to get it under the pallet - fortunately we had the help of my 3 removals guys to man-handle the pallet off) but he only came with half of my delivery. I ended up having to wait in another day for the rest of the order that was one Palletways consignment. 

I thought I’d give them a second chance but that was a mistake. My order was meant to arrive yesterday “between 2.45 and 4.45” according to XDP. That time and the rest of the day went by with no delivery and no update. The following day and the tracking information still says it will be delivered yesterday. 

Getting somebody on the phone at Just Lawnmowers is very difficult and they are short and unhelpful when you do. Equally, XDP are impossible to get hold of. 

I won’t be giving them a third try.
