Paid £130 for a service he told me I needed I needed a couple of miner things doing but the next day the car nearly caught fire as there was diesel spilling on the engine called the rac who said he should of not of let me drive the car away like that I got in contact with them three times as they said they would do the repairs when they done the service three times they would call me when they they had the parts still waiting for the call three weeks ago

I have been using Just the Ticket since moving here 3 years ago. These lads are superb. The quality of work is impeccable. The pricing is brilliant. I would highly recommend them. You will NOT find better.
Not recommended!! I booked a mot for Saturday afternoon a week in advance through bookmygarage.com, I was told that the garage will call and confirm availability. I received no communication from this garage so i called on Friday to check the availability when the guy who i spoke to said they were closed on Saturday afternoon; why take a booking for this time then?! he gave me an option to come in the morning which I agreed. Now the experience gets worse, reached the garage this morning and guy didn't seem very keen to do the work.  I requested that as part of the safety inspection which was also booked could he check if one of the tyres were fine before starting the MOT. I was told NO as MOT is the safety inspection; then why is it booked as a separate item!!? Anyways i just wanted him to checknormal eye check not to jack or lift the car if the MOT could fail because of the tyre which i could have gotten replaced before starting the MOT, a normal request that I think makes logical sense.. the guy refused and said it would only be checked with the MOT and not before. I asked why was the safety inspection check item booked as an add on option if all you do is a MOT? I was told that's bookmygarage.com's fault!! At this point the conversation wasn't  going anywhere and i was told that I could take my car elsewhere which i gladly did. There is no shortage of testing centres and the person at the next garage had no problem performing the tyre check for me!! I only booked your garage because of the reviews which in my case was not positive at all. Not recommended!!
Fitted me in quickly. Had a Groupon. Sorted my service out while I waited. Car drove better after. Really nice guys.

Excellent garage and professional service. well worth a visit. mot tyres and mechanical repairs. And at a reasonable price.
