Went above and beyond expectations for my girlfriends birthday flowers. Was ready with my order when i needed it, even though it was very early. Fantastic place of business, would highly recommend!

Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers, which my daughter had ordered for me for my birthday. Unfortunately I was not able to be at home when you tried to deliver them, but when I called the next morning, you delivered them well within an hour. Excellent service, gorgeous flowers!

Flowers are pretty but their customer service is ugly. Management unwilling to correct a mistake made by them which resulted in flowers being left outside overnight which were subsequently ruined. These were a birthday gift. Request for replacement was refused without proper or valid explanation. Will never use or recommend this company.

I ordered flowers via the Just Flowers website for my mum for Mother's Day today; I couldn't be there in person, so wanted to send her something nice. I paid online no probs, the flowers were delivered on time, my delivery instructions were followed to the letter - and I just had a call from my mum to say that the flowers look absolutely amazing! Thanks to everyone at Just Flowers - when I next order flowers, I'll definitely be making a return visit.
