Having just moved into a new build property, Bob successfully removed 7 drain rods and the plunger end from our drains. Lodged some 18 metres along the drain, Bob managed to retrieve them with perseverance and expertise. We can not recommend this company highly enough, we had been told by several drainage companies that the drains would have to be excavated to retrieve the rods!! Very professional, excellent service and a great sense of humour. Thank you Bob
Bob from Clear Flow Drainage is so friendly and very professional. He has a calm methodical way of dealing with any issue BIG or small. I felt confident that he was not ripping me off and only carried out work that was necessary. I would happily recommend him to family and friends should they face any drainage issues. I like the fact that he called me when he said he would and arranged a visit at a mutually convenient time. Luckily for me it was not an emergency and so could be scheduled. Thank you Bob.
