Where do you want me to start. After my car was involved in an accident. The insurance company thought it was wise to send it to just car clinc in stourbridge.The car needed a new rear quarter panel, rear bumper and rear headlight. After getting the car back the boot lid was out of line with the rear quarter. The rear light was not fitted properly and the rear bumper was sticking out of position. The rear light and bumper was so out of place that when i  washed the car a puddle of water had formed inside the boot of the car. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. The car was sent back only now to return with the seal on the rear screen damaged and a panel in the rear door well having a dent in it. The car then had to get sent back again. After having the car back for a few months rust started to form on the rear quarter that they had replaced. Considering this is a 2011 BMW 5 series i was in complete shock. Once again i had to take it back to car clinic because the admin staff are just as incompetent as the staff in the body shop and could not arrange for my car to be collected.  After a couple of weeks i was told the work was done and that i could collect the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle i was truely left speechless. The paint work was so rough and thick i thought they had painted it with tipex. The colour of paint used didnt even match with the car and there was black sealant all over the repaired are. Where is the quality control. Is there no one inspecting these vehicles before sending then out. The manager tried to resovle things by using a wet tissue and wiping down the area. After realising it was going to take more then a wet tissue to resovle things he said " leave the car with us we will do it properly this time." Thats right guys they are going to do it properly this time. Reluctantly i left the car with them. Its still with them... when will this nightmare end. Do yourself a favour and dont use these cowboys! If i could give less then 1 star i would.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this company, so I was worried when repairs were taking much longer than expected. I wasn't informed about changes to the estimated completion time, so I had to call to find out on numerous occasions. The people answering the phone were generally friendly and helpful.

Although the communication could be improved, I cannot fault the work done on the vehicle. It looks almost brand new - there is no sign an accident occurred. It's clean inside and out, and I'm relieved I didn't have the experience of some other people.

So to sum up - communication could be improved, but the work done was of an excellent standard; Just Car Clinic, Stourbridge have only lost out on an "Excellent" rating due to lack of communication.
