I had an excellent experience overall.nnThe highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Bourbon Barbecue Burger at the hotel's restaurant.nnThe tray service was also a unique and delightful touch to my dining experience.nnI genuinely can't find much to complain about. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.nnThe only minor downside was the gym. It's quite small, although it's open 24 hours, which is a plus. However, given the limited space, it might not meet the needs of those looking for a more extensive workout facility.nnI look forward to staying at again in the future.

Recently stayed here on a business trip to Sheffield. 5-10 min walk from train station. Excellent location. Really quick and easy check in. Room was big, comfy bed. Nice bath and shower. Lovely little selection for breakfast.

We booked this hotel because it was the best price for the location. We did not expect much, so it easily exceeded expectations.nFor whatever reason I got room with bathroom adjusted for people in wheelchair. So, the bathroom was very spacious. Downside is the sink that is very low positioned, not practical for people standing.nAlthough bathroom is big, there is not enough space to place cosmetics, just some on the sink.nThere is an iron and iron board in the room.

Great view and a nice building, too. A well-mannered staff member to welcome you as if it is your home and your servants welcoming you from abroad. Their rooms are much bigger than I saw online. I will surely recommend it to family and friends. Great service

I booked an executive room for my four year old and myself. His sofa bed had not been converted and we were kicked out of our rooms mid way through eating dinner and getting my son ready for bed whilst the bed was made without apology and an hour after reporting. The room's thermostat was fixed overnight so ridiculously warm. I raised this complaint nearly two weeks ago without response. It's a nice hotel in a good location. However, there are other similarly priced and located hotels nearby which may ensure better service and effective after-care. Sadly, I cannot recommend based on our experience.
