Had a lovely one-night stay here. The lobby smelled clean and fresh as soon as you walked in and was well presented which made a great first impression. The staff were kind and friendly, making the stay from check-in to check-out smooth.nnI stayed on the 4th floor in a double room. The bed was very comfortable and there were different pillow options which was nice. Next to the bed were charging ports and bedside lights. The room had a separate chair and table and also a desk and office chair. Unfortunately, the desk lamp wasn’t working though. The view wasn’t anything special - from my room you could just see the windows of other hotel rooms.nnThe bathroom was clean but a bit small. I would've liked more space around the sink for toiletries and the water pressure wasn't the best also. There were plenty of hangers for clothes and good storage space for bags and suitcases.nnAt reception, you could purchase snacks and toiletries. The bar area was nice and chill, although I would have liked more options for drinks nnThe hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of Sheffield. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and it's right next to the Moor where there's lots of great options for food and shopping, all within walking distance.nnOverall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!
Booking was for 3 adults in 1 x superior room. The room was sufficient in size, but not huge. Lovely and clean.nQuiet location and staff were smiley nThe beds and pillows were very comfy and we really enjoyed our breakfast and my friend was grateful for the gluten free options.nGreat location for the theatres in Sheffield.nLet down by no toiletries and only catered for 2 for tea bags, bottled water, biscuits and towels. If we had been provided with enough for 3 people, as per our booking then I would have given 5 * for our stay. We only stayed 1 night, so time was tight, therefore we didn't contact reception.nWe appreciated the late check-out which we utilised, & appreciated the voucher for coffee and % off in the bar, but we just didn't have time to use them, however it was lovely to be offered.

Check in was seamless , and every interaction thereafter reflected a commitment to guest comfort.nnThe room was immaculate beautifully designed,and thoughfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable , the linen were luxurious, and the attention to details - from lighting to amenities- was impressive. Housekeeping maintained the room to perfection throughout my visit.nnThe hotel facilities were equally remarkable. The common areas were elegant and inviting, and the on- site amenities were well maintained and never overcrowded. Breakfast was a highlight fresh, high- quality ingredients, excellent variety, and attentive service made each morning a pleasure.nnWhat truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, offering helpful recommendations and addressing any request promptly and graciously.nnI look so forward to return and wholeheartedly I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality and exceptional service.nA truly memorable stay.nA truly home, far away from home...
Great location, bed very comfortable, good desk area for me but could have done with more comfortable chair instead of plastic one. Toilet cistern was cracked and kept weeping water but otherwise everything in good condition and clean in the room. Breakfast options were okay but could be more variety. Perfect location for walking around the city and lots of parking nearby.
Excellent value for a hotel close to the station/city centre. Friendly service. Budget price but standard quality. Good size bathroom. Good size tv, tea/coffee making facilities with a wide choice of teas. Only negatives was keycard for lift didn't work on one occasion and shower could have done with more power.
