Worst customer communications and items I have ever experienced, Jura Watches operating through CW Sellors. A watch bought for my partner’s 40th has spent more time in the repairs department than on his arm in the first 18 months of owning, with three returns for the same condensation problem below would you have this watch for £400 with a recurrent condensation issue?. Countless attempts to contact by phone and email, with no replies, no response to requests for call backs, or the provision of repair reports. I have no trust in this watch or this company. The company are now trying to decline a refund nearly 6 months ago giving inaccurate information about the fault with this watch.
Very friendly and helpful team. My new watch arrived on-time. I did have a couple of questions following my purchase. Ellis was more than happy to assist me - in a very polite manner. It's great to receive such a five-star service, not only at the point-of-sale, but on-going during after-care as well. This place is definitely my new 'go-to' when it comes to watches! Thanks again.
I have ordered online for a Garmin Fenix Pro Solar watch to be delivered in New Zealand. It would be nice to see how the watch fits on my wrist if there was an online version of "live fitting simulation". Although they have option to measure your wrist diameter and resize the band strap before online check out. I was so paranoid because I don't usually order via online especially at this price. I have contacted the customer service for updates and at all times they are professional, informative, reassuring and very prompt to respond within 24hours. I received my watch in a well padded package and in mint condition. I was expecting a more decent wrap gift/company wrapping as specified on the online checkout. This is less important however worth noting for customers wanting to order gifts locally or overseas. The delivery was within the timeframe 10business days from UK to NZ as I opted for the regular delivery. The end delivery guy did not asked for a signature though upon delivery and left the package in the doorstep which I find it doubting. The online trace and track have rooms for improvement by having a text message update if online update were not current. This gives a heads up for the day of delivery. For high purchases it seems to be more prudent to do so. Overall, the product is within standards and met my expectations; and the customer service is well executed with minimal rooms to improve.
What a shame, this used to be a good company with an excellent selecction of watches and quick delivery. Now they claimed to have stock of a lovely Ball Brand watch and even stated that the watch was in stock and would be delivered within 1-2 days. Then, silence followed by a week chasing for an ETA to be told that the watch was not in stock and had to be ordered from Ball and would be a further 2 weeks no actual date. cancellation was similarly fraught, with repeated calls being required, no call-back ever and a further 2 weeks for a refund! I would strongly advise that you look elsewhere.
Excellent selection of fine watches from a family owned business. Have been assisted by Ellis since day one and he has never failed to introduce the best watches to fit into my collection. Looking forward to receiving my next grail piece
BUYER BEWARE ! Jura Watches false advertises certain watches as being in stock. After purchasing the watch that was supposed to be delivered the next day I find out it isn’t actually in stock as their website says. They claim they will contact the manufacturer and see when the watch will be back in their stock. Meanwhile, my money and others money is in their bank account earning interest on watches they claimed to have but don’t. A month goes by without hearing anything from them, so I called them and asked for an update. They now tell me the watch will be delivered in January which is 6 months from the time I purchased the watch that was supposedly in stock to begin with. At this point I ask for a refund which their website says they strive to process on the same day they’re requested. That is also not the case. The refund took 10 days to reach my account and due to the exchange rate fluctuating during this 6 weeks, I ended up losing £74 in the refund process. They are a crooked company and should be reported to Trading Standards.
Terrible customer service and reliability through the Jura watches website. I spoke with a salesman on Monday morning to confirm the details of an order who confirmed the watch was in stock and available for next day delivery. Order placed that day. After not recieving the watch on Thursday I called the sales team who said they were experiencing issues with delivery due to mail strikes, but would speak to the shipping team to make sure it was posted that day. I called on Friday afternoon and was told they were still trying to locate a watch to send to me!!!! They knew they had one in stock but didn't know where!! I called back at the end of the day and was told the watch was located and to expect delivery the following Tuesday!! This has really taken the shine of what is meant to be a special purchase! So my advice would be feel free to buy a watch when they have a sale on and it's a good price, but please don't expect to receive it in good time or with any sort of customer service.
I don't normally post reviews, however I thought that my review will help others before buying from JuraWatches. First of all, JuraWatches is operating under the CW Sellors umbrella same website. I made an order from their website on 12 Jan before 4pm for an Oris Watch watch was in stock and had discount according to website, and received a confirmation email straight away. The next day, I decided to contact their support via web chat to chase, as I haven't received any emails in regards to delivery website states next day delivery for orders before 4 pm. A representative advised that he will check what's going on with my order and come back to me. After checking, he called to let me know that someone dropped and damaged the watch!!!!! Thus, he reassured me that they will source a new one and to expect it in 2 weeks' time. After a week, I got another email which was saying that they cannot source this watch anymore from Oris because is discontinued. My point is that as an official UK retailer for Oris, they should have known that this specific model is discontinued and they cannot get any more, instead of advising to wait to get one in two weeks. By waiting their side for the watch that they did not have, I missed the watch from other retailers who had it in stock. No to mention, they were still advertising this watch on the website, when I received the email. I decided to go a step further and contacted Oris through the official website and to my suprise, they advised that they have the watch in stock and can order it from their HQ in Switzerland!! JuraWatches either did not check with the manufacturer or they did not want to honour the sale. I appreciate that they may have very good customer satisfaction as a company, however that does not reflect in my case. Very poor communication and false advertisement. Not to mention that it took a week to get my refund.
Excellent online shopping experience , with excellent service from the staff.. Jura watches do exactly what they say they will do and price match . I had seen a Tissot seastar 2000 on another site for a fantastic price and thought I would try a couple of well known online watch retailers to see if they could match the price - all of them failed miserably! But Jura watches kept to their word and matched the price. A massive thanks to Chloe for the price match and for getting back to me within the hour, and Fin who finalised my purchase and got the watch to me in two days.. Jura watches will be my place to go for future acquisitions.
Worst experience. I have ordered watch and it's too big and I have decided to return it next day and I have returned it. They said me it's damaged we can't refund or exchange. There is no damage during my return. They just don't do return or exchange. Customer service is worst. It's being one month I have not got my watch back yet.
