My favourite play centre to bring my nephew to as it's nice and clean, good selection of food no vegan options highlighted on the menu though only vegetarian so this could be improved. However I did see 2 flavours of vegan icecream, yet to try but great they have options! Thanks
My son attended today. He was bullied by two 11 year old boys while playing in play area. Informed manager who advised to stay away from boys. Not happy with management at all. My son is only 5 was very upset had to leave with him.
Had my son’s 6th birthday party here & if I must say was pleasantly surprised definitely value for money, staff are really friendly, plenty of space and decent parking round the back. Overall a medium sized venue with soft jungle gym football area and lots of seating for parties and parents. Definitely recommend
Visited jungle mayhem and my daughter needed the toilet. Went to wash her hands and no soap dispenser which is accessible to children. So I lifted my daughter up to use the soap dispenser as at 6 years of age likes to be independent and it squirted out of the side into my daughters eye. My mum went to ask for help to clean her eye out and the owner was very rude. She said she’s not obliged to help and give 2 tissues and an empty cup to fill myself from the bathroom to clean my daughters eye. She has now barred me from returning to the play centre as I said there should be soap accessible for children and her attitude is disgusting.
Friendly staff, nicely priced, free entry for adults, free parking at the back, choice of snacks at the bar. However the equipment seems a bit dated and I couldn't get over the musty smell. Plenty of room for improvement.
Attended the opening of your beach today and we had a fab day! Our 4 year old loved it and our baby slept in the pram will definitely be re attending
Not accommodating at all, manager is extremely rude. Approached her regarding children fighting in the play area and her attitude was unacceptable, extremely rude and unprofessional.
Ideal for younger toddlers and older children, great coffee which is essential for anyone who needs this place as you've probably got kids and no sleep
Had 3 birthday parties here for the last 3 years and the staff always do a great job. It's clean, tidy, good food and reasonable priced. Would recommend as a play place or party venue
My 18 month old loves it here. Well priced and fab for little ones. Always clean with friendly staff too
