A good place to spend a few hours of an evening or on a rainy day. Fantastic Ice Cream parlour.
Lovely clean place for the kids to play,but last experience wasn't so good. After popping in to make sure it was open, what with it being winter. I paid to park in the car park next door. Once we got in, we was asked if we was there to play or party. We only wanted to play. To witch we was told we would have to come back in an hour. Ended up with 2 very disappointed children. This could so easily been avoided, with a simple note on the gate, that said the were full.
We had a great family day out here. Played crazy golf, had lunch, went in the fairground, the kids loved it! We relaxed with a hot drink in the comfortable seating area overlooking the adventure play area where the kids entertained themselves.
Crazy golf , arcades , and soft play upstairs, all fine , however staff in soft play was very rude , almost didn't want to let us in. Seemed it was too much work for the woman. Was huffing an puffing and muttering the whole time , and if looks could kill , i only asked to buy drinks for the kids , you would of thought I'd asked for her life savings or something. If it wasn't for the fact kids wanted to play i definitely would not have stayed there more than 2 mins with her attitude. *note everyone has bad days maybe she was just having one ? , she was on her own an kids running and screaming all over the place , not taking away the fact its a stressful job , but still , if you cant swim dont go in the pool *
Machines dont pay out when you win. Money or tickets. Ask a staff member and they just are not interested. Woman in Jungle Jims was just rude, so we left. Half term and the place is empty....you can see why. Staff need training in customer service. Avoid!
The biggest ice cream I have ever had, and was the best ever, took about 15 minutes to lick it to death, went back four months later and the ice creams are still huge, very, very nice
Amazing place, used to go there as a kid and it hasn't changed a bit!!! Would recommend to any family!
Best Ice Cream we have had this holiday & the only place we have found on the Island that serves Dairy Free Ice Cream.
Kids love it, they can let off loads of steam and there is snacks at the cafe in there.
Good fun with exception of staff in ice cream area who nearly brought wife and child to tears with their rudeness.
