My colleague and I stopped her for a quick bite to eat while we was waiting for a train and we're glad we did. The pub was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and efficient but most importantly the food arrived pretty fast and was pretty good for pub grub. Definitely worth walking an extra few minutes for if you're hungry and have a train to catch.

Very friendly, family oriented pub and restaurant. Serving continually excellent value for £ food and drink.Great service with a smile,and I've been back there many times, and will continue to do so.

Came in for a spot of lunch to get out of the snow very nice friendly clean welcoming warming hotel we sat down had a few rhubarb gins with ginger ale (so good) ordered some lunch I ordered bbq pulled jackfruit on nachos (really nice like pork) mains mushroom pasta with butternut squash and salad partner had chicken burger all came out fine. The toilet in the ladies middle cubicle needs fixing asap as it wobbles really badly sat down and felt as though was on a ship. Apart from that lovely place would actually come here to stay if in Dorchester again. Very welcoming friendly staff very nice feel to the place.

Great local pub, great food choices and always a great pint. Good TV for sporting events

Relatively cheap and cheerful. Fair sized portions. Small print meant I did not qualify for the meal deal. Service was pleasant.
