This is great local shop for popping in for a card or present but I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from their website. I put an order through last week and had it confirmed then heard nothing about picking it up. I eventually went into the shop in person - they couldn’t seem to find my order and said they’d call me when they had. I got a call to say the items I’d ordered weren’t in any of their stores and I’d be issued a refund. They did apologise and offer 15% off but come on - the items are all still showing as collection within 24 hours on their website! As much as I want to support a local business good customer service is key and they really failed here - plus I now need to find my son new stocking fillers less than a week before Xmas…

What a lovely South East London treasure! The staff are friendly and really helpful - it's a welcome atmosphere from the minute you step in. They stock an individual range of homewares, gifts and children's that chic, colourful and stylish. It's just a shame they only have two stores. A must stop for anyone looking for the perfect present!
The only reason it is one star is because that is the minimum I can do. Visited this afternoon with my granddaughters to buy anniversary gifts for their parents. Not only were we overcharged without a receipt, when we were purchasing the gifts at the till I said to my granddaughters to remind me to remove the price tag before we wrapped it. The lady serving us said don't worry she'll do it for us. However, when I got home to wrap it with them, they had started to try and get it off but it had gone all sticky and basically left it in a mess so I then had to spend half an hour trying to peel it off with my hairdryer, nail varnish remover etc. Not very impressed at all it just shows lack of respect, especially as they knew it was a present as well. It is just annoying and shows that they don't care about the customer. Will definately not return and definately do not recommend.
A very nice local gift shop. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They advise on gift ideas and wrap them for you. Overall an excellent service.
The goods in here are all very nice, and I've always found the staff to be very friendly. A great addition to the high street.
