Bar staff can't count it seems, they don't give you the correct change n when confronted with it you get told to wait till end of the night so they can check the till to then get told off the imp that's the so called manager that I can have £15 worth free drinks instead of my £15 change back..... hardly free?? But if you do manage to stay till the end you get pushed out side by a cretin so your unable to get the money your owed. So in other words if you want to get robbed go to jacks! If they let you in to begin with!

The bouncers were rude and disrespectful, and would openly ignore myself and my friend when asking for dire help from them. Totally rude and ignorant and no respect for women whatsoever. Was also blatantly laughing about our situation and walking away from us.

Staff are friendly enough and the bouncers on the door usually have a laugh with you. Inside, though, it's a little dingey and the same songs are sometimes played on a constant loop. Not my favourite place to go on King Street.

£15 entry on Boxing Day to have 3 shite members of staff on duty when there’s a thousand people all wanting a drink. Absolute awful night

As if this club is even rated anything more than a 1star! I got my stuff thrown at me by one of the bar staff who claimed he was the 'manager' all because I told him to calm down when he shouted in my face. I was then practically thrown down the stairs by them paid scumbags they call bouncers who laughed at the fact the bar man had thrown my stuff at me. I wouldn't waste my time unless you get off on paying to be physically and verbally abused.
