Soft play area is big and they have a bouncy castle. Football court and nice area for babies and toddlers. Kitchen could be improved. They need to be more organised. Staff overall though we’re friendly and polite. Food was nice. Could do with displaying food hygiene certificate I never seen when there Toilets were clean and accessible for all. I would recommend and return just please improve kitchen. More options would also be lovely.
Really good fun for little ones, great price for parents/carers too. First time there & pleasantly surprised with all that was on offer, so much that we didn't get time to venture everywhere inside. The little ones I took were 3 & almost 2 years old, which is quite young for the things they wanted to play on. Although when I saw it advertised online I thought I could see what looked to be trampolines & that's what I thought it was going to be. Not one trampoline in sight however so perhaps completely my own error, honestly not sure but the kids enjoyed themselves regardless. There were however a couple of much older kids who were dominating the one bouncy castle, the one looked about 13 & was a giant in comparison to all the other kids on it & another smaller lad kept climbing up the wrong way & blocking the access to anyone on it, they did this repeatedly, but when I told them to stop it they started jumping on the end of it making all the kids lose their grip & footing making it impossible for any of the other kids to climb through it. When I told them to stop it again the one lad got chopsy with me & told me he didn't care. All of the smaller kids on it didn't go on it again & more than one kid climbed off hurt & crying at which point we decided to leave. It's honestly not fun having to babysit or control others kids because nobody seems to be watching them or checking on them. I think these places should hire staff to walk around & monitor behaviour so anyone acting out of line can be dealt with swiftly, similar to a lifeguard at a pool. Or perhaps they should limit the numbers allowed in at one time as the place was reasonably quiet then next minute it was chaos & I lost the little man's shoes & they weren't handed in so I had to leave without them. They have since rang me to say they've found them but hoping they can post them as it's a long journey for a pair of shoes.
The place is absolutely dirty!!! This place shouldn’t be open for anyone and is open for KIDS. I payed for nothing I had to take out my son after 15 min because the place is extremely dirty. I have made an official complaint to the Health and safety UK with this pictures attached. I don’t know who’s the owner but something is really really wrong with him. I’m very curious if the owner will bring he’s kids to play without shoes in a place that dirty. I wouldn’t go even if will be for free!! Please pay attention to the floor, to the inflatable castle, the house. I guarantee since it was bought that inflatable castle was never cleaned. You should be ashamed!!! The picture are from the TODDLERS AREA!!!
Biggest soft play I have seen. So many things to do. Lovely staff and food as well. For the toddlers designated place with a gate to make sure noone runs away.
Could be so much better Lots of potential! Arrived with our just-walking little one to find out the baby area which does look really good was closed due to flooding. This should be mentioned when booking on the website and through their social media channels as the larger play area is not suitable for small children. I did message via Facebook and they've said i can return again for free which is nice but still a disappointment as i could have booked elsewhere and enjoyed the time we booked. Our morning has been wasted now. For older kids the equipment is great but it is so so dark, the lights are mostly off, and the sky lights are dirty. You really cannot see well inside the playground which makes it rather unsafe. My final concern is with regards to cleaning. We arrived at 10am which i understand to be the first session of the day. The high chairs obviously hadn't been wiped down as we're visibly dirty and sticky. Coffee was nice so enjoyed that. But overall very disappointed with the experience.
Lovely place and great for kids of all shapes and sizes, not really enough for toddlers. Our grandson did not like the area meant for little ones, nice things to play on but a bit boring. He wanted to play on the bigger things, which meant us having to play on the apparatus also, and as unfit grandparents weren't a great idea, but then we never wanted to upset him. Great place, just not toddlers or at least put more fun things in the toddler area.
The building inside and out was very tired looking and cold inside. Very inexperienced staff in the cafe, where much of the food on the menu was not available and no alternatives offered. Not good value for money either. The children enjoyed the time there but not a place I would recommend.
We had my daughter's 9th birthday party here. And the kids LOVED IT! Especially the drop slide. The adults had nearly 2 hours of peace if not quiet while the kids let off steam in this large, well equipped soft play centre. I love that there are staff in the play areas interacting with the kids and there was a lot of encouragement for nervous children on the drop slide, the look of pride and a sense of achievement when they finally made the drop was great to see! It was a whole class party and the kitchen coped well with such a large order. And the food was great too!, especially the chicken goujons! I'm used to children's parties where over half the food goes in the bin uneaten but there was none of that here, as the children demolished the very generous portions of the mixed plates a burger plus 2 chicken goujons! . We had a couple of dietary needs and everything was handled sensitively and well. I kept thinking something is going to go wrong but it all ran extremely smoothly thanks to Kylesha, well done Jump! You came up trumps!
Nice staff. Clean environment. Good facilities. But freezing. Had to leave as my toddlers feet and hands and mine were like ice blocks. Toddlers lips were turning blue
The soft play looks great from a distance, but it was absolutely filthy. There was a shortage in tables, and the tables that were free were covered in rubbish and food, as well as the floors. Not once in the whole 2 hrs we were there did I see anyone come around to clean. We had to clean the floor and table after the people who were there before us and no one came to wipe the table down even after I had asked if it could be sprayed with antibac. As for the actual soft play itself, it was filthy. It just looked dirty and had dry food stuck to floor and apparatus and it just looked germ infested. Not only this, but it just seems like money is the main goal and how many kids they can fit in there as there were way too many people there and it was stupidly overcrowded!! This is the second time I’ve been to this soft play and both times it was an anxiety-ridden experience. I won’t be bringing my children here again.
