Great place for kids off all ages. My kids and neice love it plenty of activities to burn off some energy. Staff friendly but the potholes outside need seeing to.
Took my daugher here for her birthday and she lved it... It was quiet which was awsum as the staff where very accomdating to my younger child aged 5 and allowed her to access the bigger trampolines with her big sister.... Highly recommend ya give it a go
My daughter and friends burnt a lot of energy and really enjoyed there visit here... Friendly staff and plenty of them supervising. Decent small cafe and seating area for non-participants. Nice little soft play area for under 3s. Great value, especially as one hour should be enough for all but the most energetic!
Went here today for my husband's birthday. Adults and kids all had a fantastic time. It was a lovely quiet session. Staff were great, especially Adam, who dealt with my daughter when she managed to knee herself in the eye! He turned her tears into laughter and dealt with her quickly and professionally. She's now sat watching tv and can't wait to show off her black eye tomorrow!
Brought my 2 and a half year old here today. He loved it! Was the only place near by i could find that had toddler sessions on every hour which is great! We were able to get on and have fun with our 2 year old where as in other trampoline parks we havent been allowed with him on the trampolines which he hates. Only bad thing i can say is thats its very cold but other than that i highly recommend!
Honestly couldn't say a bad word about this place. I was HIGHLY skeptical about taking the kids here but needless to say the good lady convinced me, anyhow, it turned out to be the best mornings craic we've had in ages. They do a younger kids session from 10-11:00 every Saturday, don't know about other days. Will definitely be back. The first time you go they take your contact details, sign a waiver and buy special non slip socks, after that you're rosey, couldn't recommend highly enough.
Disorganised, booked for my son and daughter filled in all the forms online. All excited and ready to go only to find out once we had the socks and all on my son wasn't allowed in the main area with us. Very upset little boy, staff didn't really care. All the signage all said he was old enough and they were happy to take our money online. The exact same thing happen to a family in 10 minute after us.
Staff are miserable and not very helpful. The kids enjoyed the trampolines and the ninja course but it was spoilt by teenage employees who were making up rules as they went along. Place needs a personality.
Highly recommended! We recently had our 11 year old's birthday at Ninja Boxx and everyone had a blast. Staff were excellent, being both safety conscious and encouraging the kids to do the best they could. We also had our 6 year old with us how had as much fun as the bigger kids! Facilities were clean and bright and the range snacks and drinks on offer was a nice touch. Cant wait until they offer adult packages!
Hosted a few birthday parties here for the kids, they love it every time. Food provided was good, staff were helpful and pleasant but don't underestimate how quickly you'll get knackered if you decide you can bounce with the kids! :
