Took the kids here on new years evennBit annoying that you have to buy their socks. Common sense should prevail here for me, have you got socks with grip on from ANY venue? If you have you can go in. They will only let you use their socks.nnThe cafe upstairs is reasonable, the lockers aren't the best. Most weren't working when we went and I don't trust the ones that do work.
Took my 9 year old daughter here for her birthday party and she absolutely loved it!!!! :nnShe took 9 of her friends and the party room was booked for 10, on the day 14 children actually turned up as siblings came as well.nnJumperooz accommodated everyone in their stride, we got a host that was our contact point for all questions and she was the BEST, party food and juice was where she said it would be when she said, and when we had a question she was able to answer it straight away.nnAll the adults watched the kids jump from the viewing gallery in the cafe upstairs, the service up there was good and the range of things they sold was what you would expect :nnWe'd been once before and used the lockers, although the one we used was a little fiddly, it did it's job.nnThe jump arena had plenty of trampolines for everyone, an inflatable area with slides, a climbing area with foam pit, and everyone's favourite a massive air bag that they all loved jumping into.nnThe food was exactly as described, hot dogs, pop corn, pizza, cakes etc, and a vegetarian option.nnNo complaints on the day at all, would happily recommend.
Kids love it here, always knackered by the end of the session. Can see kids from upstairs easily. Plenty of parking when I've visited. Would definitely recommend
We arrived 20/25 mins before our session time, we found parking straight away. We went in and there were three staff members stood about no one said hi or smiled until we reached the counter and the lady serving us said “hi you okay” and carried on with the process. There was 8 of us and we all had socks from a different jumping park which were similar to the ones on the sheet, however we had to purchase another 8 pairs. So she instructed us to go up, place our stuff in lockers and come down to watch a clip, we came down n sat in the room for a good 10 mins and the clip started we were allowed in at 16:05 I don’t understand why we had to be there 30 mins earlier when they were gonna allow us in 5 mins late. We were finally allowed in and it was clean as we were the only ones there for that session the lights turned off n songs were played, the kids and myself did have a lot of fun but the starting was a put off for me. It came to the end and dot on 17:00 we were asked to leave and the kids were still jumping there way off and one of the lady said something along the lines of “get off your times over” how appalling. Upon leaving the same lady who signed us in at counter did open the door for us n smiled n said bye. Overall we had an okay experience would we recommend probably not.
Perfect family afternoon my son birthday afternoon with family best present... he loved their and can't wait when we go back for fun nBooked in online 3 weeks ago before we go... definitely me before bought tickets checking Google how many stars and some reviews so that way we drive 45min one way. My legs unfortunately been to pain but I'm enjoying anyway so excited watching how my boy's enjoying and husband so fun and cool Recommend for active people and family's ,best time together
